Skyworth Group’s 2025 Annual Results: Revenue Exceeds RMB 70 Billion for the First Time, Hitting a Record High
On 27 March 2026, Skyworth Group Limited (Stock Code: 00751.HK) officially announced its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The report shows that amid global economic fluctuations and intensifying industry competition, the Group has adhered to its business strategy of industrial transformation and innovative development, steadily advancing its strategic layout of “From Smart Appliances to Double Carbon Ecology”. Driven by the strong performance of its two core businesses—smart household appliances and new energy—the Group has achieved a steady expansion in its overall operational scale. Its operational resilience and growth momentum continue to strengthen, accumulating driving forces for high-quality development. PoweredDriven by these two core businesses, the Group ’s overall revenue surpassed RMB 70 billion for the first time, reaching RMB 70.324 billion and setting an all-time high in the 38 years since its founding.

New Energy Business: Solidified Growth Pole, Leading Green Energy Ecosystem
During thethis reporting period, the new energy business became the Group’s core growth driver. Revenue from the new energy business stood at RMB 23.685 billion (other business tax was not deducted), a notable 16.5% increase over the previous year, further increasing its share of the Group’s total revenue to 33.6%. As of 31 December 2025, the cumulative installed capacity of the Group’s grid-connected and operating photovoltaic power stations exceeded 29.3 GW. Among them, the residential distributed PV business has leapt to the forefront of the industry, propelling the rapid growth of the new energy business.
In terms of business model, the Group innovatively developed the “Photovoltaics + Inclusive development + Digital technology” business model, establishing a full-chain solution covering power station development, design, construction, operation, management, and consulting services. The Group has continuously optimised the product offerings for both residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) distributed photovoltaics, and upgraded its residential Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) products that balancing power generation efficiency, practical functionality, and architectural aesthetics. Addressing pain points in rural markets, the Group launched an innovative solution named “SolaHome”, which utilises rooftop micro-power stations to enable farmers to share in the benefits of green energy, creating a green model for rural revitalisation.

Regarding industrial chain synergy and strategic upgrades, the Group is actively positioning itself in upstream sectors such as high-efficiency solar cells and modules, enhancing technological barriers and product premium capabilities. Within the year, it launched an open and intelligent energy ecosystem integration platform “SKYLINK”, which enable optimal dispatch and precise matching of clean power through AI algorithms, underscoring the Group’s commitment to applying digital and intelligent technologies in driving the restructuring and upgrading of the energy industry.
On the globalisation front, the Group has fully launched the overseas expansion strategy for its new energy business. By promoting its global layout through a dual-brand (“Solavita” and “Skyworth”) strategy, alongside multi-model and multi-business approaches, the Group has entered countries including Germany, Italy, and Thailand, demonstrating its commitment to bringing Chinese green energy solutions to the world.
